Club Support

This is a huge feature for us. Why would a whisky club, that is likely to be as informal a club as clubs can get, want to get involved with MyWhiskyVault? Well here are just a couple of reasons:

• By adding Members to your Club, and by scheduling Events, MyWhiskyVault can send out invitations and receive responses for all club members. That's one more thing off your club administrator's plate.

• By creating a Club Vault, you can easily set up your Club Events by selecting whiskies from your Vault. You can also provide your club members a view of what your club has in stock, and that could help you plan upcoming events.

• What if, at a club event, you encourage your attendees to write down tasting notes (including scores) for each of the whiskies they taste? They could do that either immediately, or by using our Tasting Notes form and entering their data later. Now, your club can print out an Event Report that shows a calculated average score for each of the whiskies you offered.
