Managing Your Subscription

View Subscription Details

Access:

  • Profile Menu β†’ "Subscription"

What You'll See:

  • Current tier

  • Renewal date

  • Payment method (last 4 digits)

  • Billing history

  • Usage statistics (bottles used vs limit)

Change Subscription Tier

Upgrade:

  • Select higher tier

  • Pay difference (prorated)

  • Activate immediately

Downgrade:

  • Select lower tier

  • Change takes effect at next billing cycle

  • Keep current features until renewal

Update Payment Method

  • Click "Update Payment Method"

  • Card number

  • Expiration date

  • New card becomes default

  • Future charges use new card

View Billing History

Canceling Your Subscription

What Happens When You Cancel?

Immediate:

  • Cancellation confirmed

  • No future charges

Until Period End:

  • Keep current tier access

  • All features remain available

  • Data remains intact

After Period End:

  • Downgrade to free tier

  • Bottle limit applies (may need to remove bottles)

  • Premium features disabled

  • Data preserved

Reactivating

Anytime:

  • Go to Subscription page

  • Click "Reactivate"

  • Choose tier

  • Resume service

Your Data:

  • All data preserved

  • Bottles, tastings, notes intact

  • No data loss


Billing & Payments

Billing Cycle

  • Monthly: Billed every month on subscription date

  • Annual: Billed once per year (save 15-20%)

Renewal

Auto-Renewal:

  • Automatically charged on renewal date

  • Email reminder 7 days before

  • No action needed

Failed Payments:

  • Email notification sent

  • 3-day grace period to update payment

  • Subscription suspended if not resolved

  • Reactivate by updating payment method

Refunds

Policy:

  • 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions

  • Prorated refunds for annual plans (case-by-case)

  • No refunds for monthly plans after billing

Request Refund:

  • State reason for refund

Invoices

Access:
